Say anything!
« on: October 24, 2010, 09:28:01 PM »

Dead air is the enemy.

It doesn't matter if it's stupid or insightful, reasoned or non-sequitur just say something.

Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum videtur.

In lines of "Whatever you say in Latin will sound smart."

Also, yip!

I figure that going to school is optional.
I could, if I wanted to, get my GED and proceed to attempt some fail business... such as selling tin cans on the side of the road in order to make a small, respectable fortune.
Problem is, my goat would probably eat all of these.
So, what I really need to do, is sell the goat and buy a lottery ticket.

Or, I could get some sleep.
That could help, too.

Also, my mom's 80's pop music sounds like attack of the Felmo --- Furbie/Elmo.

Hehehe... XD

I admittedly laughed a lot at that. And I don't think that I'll be feeling sorry.
(I could be really evil and have a link to the Felmo song, even... :P :) )

The other two Stooges too him for granted--cast him out.

He wandered alone in dark places...

Hahahaha. XD

This is pretty close to the song I heard.
(The other one was kinda early-techno and it really intensified the Felmo... but I didn't find that one anywhere on the Internet. You'd think that people wanted to pretend that it never existed, or something. :P )
The beginning is all you need to hear to understand, I think. XD

Sad thing is, the basic music is actually pretty decent... it's just those occasional moments when I kinda feel like throttling the singer... or driving a wooden stake through it's heart/pushing it into sunlight. I'm not really sure.  :o

Anyway... have fun with that. :P

So I was looking up snail graffiti (which is pretty cool) and I found...

This.

That snail is INSANE.

And I thought that the snails we found under our bathtub the other day were big enough... :P
Apparently, they are African land snails, the biggest snail in the world. The largest one on record was 15.5" in length and weighed 2 lbs.

Thanks for that.

I saw a horror movie about slugs when I was a kid, and now I can't eat lettuce or cabbage with any sort of enthusiasm.

Bwahahaha!!! XD

Yeah...
Don't worry. you won't find them around here. >.>

It was actually pretty sad. My friend and I are in Advanced Art, where we can do pretty much whatever we want to do and call it art (that class is pretty awesome :P ).
We were going to order African snails (which would've been paid for by the school budget as they would be a "canvas"), paint them glow-in-the dark and keep them in the class room. The teacher was all for it. But I was looking into it and it turns out that they're illegal in the U.S.
Something about being an invasive pest. :P
But we might use panda snails, which are a bit larger than a tennis ball. :)
Or maybe a horde of tiny snails.
;D

No hordes of anything slimy! None! No!

Curse you creeping things of the Earth, my multitudinous weaknesses.

Hahaha... XD

We were thinking that a great senior prank would be to paint a horde of tiny snails and release them into the school. :P

I am also thinking of looking to a black market snail dealer and getting my African snails, anyway. XP

No.

You will not import any sort of invasive wildlife into this country.

I'll turn you in, and see to the destruction of the specimens personally. I am not kidding.

Invasive imported animals are a very serious problem, and you don't need to make it any worse.

Hahaha, relax. I'm not going to actually do it. XP
It's just too much fun to say I'm going to the "black market snail dealer." ;D
I largely avoid illegal activity, I assure you.

But yeah.
I'm still left finding a solution to our dilemma... XD
