For some reason, I was trying to think of batter and what to put into it, when I though thought of a muffin with a cookie for the poofy part on top.  

Hm... many experiments...

Also, I was gonna' try adding candy canes to cookie batter.  
It was gonna' be separate, but maybe...
*Hopes they don't get too crazy... nah, I hope they don't taste bad. Crazy stuff can taste pretty good. * ^_^

I tried them, a little while ago... but I fell asleep while they were baking, and they died... ('twas three in the morn' and I'd not slept well, recently... >.<)
Well, some made it, but, only for a while... see, they were left out over night, and they kinda became stale... (they were rocks, by the time I woke up.)
But, while edible, they were pretty good. ^_^
I'm thinking about retrying... only this time with the candy cane bits, cuz I didn't remember to, last time.
Instead, I crushed chocolate into chunks for the cookie part. (I'm quite disappointed about that, actually... what a waste of chocolate!)
I actually did do that thing I mentioned above, for an idea...
The base was a chocolate muffin, and the top was a chocolate chip cookie. It had quite an interesting appearance...
