Dragons!

Okay, I'm sure ya'll have figured out by now that I'm rather infatuated with the idea that dragons were, at some point, real, and quite possibly still are.

Discovery Channel apparently feels similarly, though in a rather more "Evolution did it" sort of way.  Their special looks interesting, though...

Since I don't actually get any sort of TV, odds are I won't ever actually see the show, but the site itself is still pretty interesting.

Interesting how many of the ideas their "experts" came up with, I came up with on my own...

Methane powered flight, + eating rocks (sparks) = fire breath!  Whoo!

You wouldn't necessarily need to eat rocks, if your stomach chemistry already produces a flammable gas.

I remember a theory from a few years back, about certain dinosaurs having electric eel-like layering of tissues in their necks, that would have allowed them to produce a spark at the back of their mouth.

Flaming Burp Attack!   :P

I actually saw this, a few years ago. I wasn't terribly pleased with it.

The ideas are nice..but there was just something about it I didn't like.

Heh.

There's probably a lot of it I wouldn't agree with.  As I said, I've only seen the website, and I don't agree with all of what it has to say.

It's still interesting, though, even if I hold it to be wrong.

Hey, I bought a book containing basically the same things... heh.
Same images, even. Just... not in a video.   :P
It was a couple years ago, and I share it with my sister, but I think it's still around here, somewhere. XD

I'unno.

But there was this picture of a supposed dragon skeleton... and all of the same information that I've heard of. And the same images, and even a section for "making them real" or whatever it was called.
Hm...
Wonder if I can find it...
Huh. Not right now. *Shrug*
