Thanks to Donnie, this. Repeatedly.
No, I'm not complaining.

You're gonna kill me for it, but...
Multilevel undo.
If an editor lacks it, it's either "save rarely, then after many hours of work realize you screwed up something and your last save is from yesterday", or "save after every click, and not realize you just saved broken version".
Been there. :(

Besides that, well... you definitely want to avoid 1-pixel (and other small) holes you would get stuck in or fall through, so you definitely should have a mode that highlights the "floors", and preferably either warn you about, or quietly "fill in" such tiny gaps.

Now, if you're asking about things that are feasible to code... I don't have any.
Best of luck!

"Remember that all equipment in <XYZ> is brand new... well, it was a few years ago." - Co-worker from the <XYZcity> division.

Well, that's quite typical of M*A*S*H... ;)

Me: "Did... did you just manage to DRIFT a vehicle that can't do more than 1mph?!"
(Seriously, everyday I like the industrial equipment more and more :P)

With considering the millitary applications of it as a close second.

Actually, it's a matter of configuration.
There are three options the forum can do in case of an externally-linked-by-URL avatar (as opposed to uploaded one).
Check the dimensions and reject if it's too large, use Javascript to check the dimensions and resize proportionally on-page if it's too large (caveat: if your browser has disabled Javascript and someone links to a over_9000 x over_9000 avatar it will be shown in full size screwing up the whole layout), or blindly stretch/bend all linked images to specified size via HTML.
(Admin -> Attachments and Avatars -> Avatar Settings -> If the avatar is too large)
Currently, this last option is active, but I'll risk Dragyn's wrath and switch it to "check size and refuse" - after all, your is of proper dimesions, 100x49, and forum's limit is 100x100.

Microsoft XNA Game Studio 3.1
XNAGS31_setup.exe - 73.2MB
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=80782277-d584-42d2-8024-893fcd9d3e82&displaylang=en

First hit in Google search... I agree, the internal MS's search is really bad.

But hey, if you have machine that can handle VS2010 (I don't), sure, 4.0 IS better.
Best of luck!

You know, you can do XNA in the free Visual C# 20xx Express Edition... but either way, yay for optimization!

Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum videtur.

In lines of "Whatever you say in Latin will sound smart."

Also, yip!

Oh yeah... sorry for the mess with the topic order... But you can make a forum sort newest first by clicking on the "Last post" column header (the white arrow that appears next to "Last post" text should be facing up). I'm not sure why do you need to switch these forums to reverse order to get the correct one, but it works. Hmm, it may be looking at the order of insertion to database instead of post dates, I guess... my script did load the most recent topics first.

While I'm at it, I apologize for the stray HTML mess in some of the posts (there was no easy way to clean these automatically), and for the fact my converter missed the twenty-few posts made by guests on the old forum (a guest post has the user-box different enough that it did not matched my scanner template, which assumed the username is always a link).

Well, for now the old forum is still there in all its glory...
