I've posted this..like..EVERYWHERE. So why not here, too. XD
Anywho. Zim and Orion duke it out to see who will rule the world. My money goes on Orion.
And I'll critique myself, HAH! Yeah..I have a bit of an odd style for Zim. *shrug* I just have a hard time with Johnen-style. T.T
-
I like the way Orion looks and Zim looks cool too.
-
I'm no big fan of Zim, but that cat looks Scary!
-
Doesn't she, though? (http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/3922/dscn2751je0.jpg)
-
The cat does look scary and I think the picture looked at me.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
And um...
O.O
Yikes....
You have a humerous way of scaring me, Fox.
I'll have nightmares from this and "Fangirl."
Who/what's Zim, anyways?
-
I have a habit of scaring people. It's earned me the nickname "Deranged teen with a sick and cruel sense of humor". ^_^
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invader_zim (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invader_zim) I have a bit of a Zim fetish. 'CAUSE HE'S HAWT. .... *cough* Yeah. Currently I'm trying to out-do my mom's Zim collection. I have the socks, hat & shoelaces..but I have yet to get the coffee mug. T.T
-
Huh... odd. I've never seen that.
Competion?
Interesting....
-
Did you, by any chance, mean "competition?"
-
Um... maybe!
Zim didn't look all that short, to me...
-
I wouldn't really say it's so much a competition, as she really doesn't care. I'm just trying to out-do her fangirlness over Zim. =D
But he is short. ._. I kinda make him look taller..'cause my style is just like that. >.> I draw unrealisticly! ^_^
-
*Laugh!!!* : D
Well, it's good all the same.
What an evil cat... after having seen a bit more of it, I'm not sure it's like the dopey, lovable Orange back home.
-
Violent cats make interesting pets...
Hence the reason our cat's name is "Psycho"
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I dislike it when psycho-cats wake me up in the morning by reaching under the blankets to attack my feet... :P
We don't have violent cats, at this time. ;D
Good for us, eh? :)
I don't recall having a violent cat... the neighbors had a lot of them, though.
They were wild.
We got two of theirs at a young age, 'cuz they were left in a big old burn pile (which was lit a few days after that) without any care, cat or otherwise.
-
Yeah..she's pretty psycho. She's only nice to me, so I call her my "evil minion". XD Just one of many nicknames she has....
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
What're the rest?
-
The rest? Hm...."Retard", "Paint Sniffer", "Onion", "Demon Kitty", "Lard Bucket", among other random names my uncles might call her that I don't remember. XP
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
We've had many crazy names for our critters...
-
We had a kitten recently that didn't know what to respond to; we all called it different things--so it didn't respond at all.
-
The dog is Tank, Tankerbell, Tinkerbell, Tink, Bell, Pup, Puppy, Dog, Mutt, Bad Dog, Rose killer, Chicken murderer, Garden masher, Pig-dog, Dog-pig, Curly-q and much, much more...
She's just as confused, I think.
I just call her Pup. But, if there's another Pup, I'll start calling her Dog, too...
(I do that with most generally nameless pups at our house.)
What are all the names that you guys called that kitten?
-
ALL of them?
Let's see how many I remember...
Kitten, Alien, Moogle Demon, Demon Kitten, Hairless, Fleabag, Rodent, Rug, In the Way, Unidentified Flying Object, Ugly Hat, Boxed Kitten, Runt, Monster, Cat, Kitty, It, Thing...
Those are all I can think of, though there were more.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I was trying to drink water when I read that...
Unidentified Flying Object?
How did it get that one?
-
It made a "mess," and the response was violent.
-
Heh...
I believe it's been called other names for that sort of thing.
(There was no violent response... I just called it a Poop-Monster.)
Who had it?
-
That is of no importance. I'm just glad the demon moogle's not here, anymore.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
(So you know, I didn't mean names, and all... I realized it sounded kinda like that. I meant, in relation to you (Older brother, younger brother, oldest...) Did it sound like I was asking a name, to you? If so, I'm sorry...)
-
Oh, I knew. i just don't see it as important.
-
Okay, I just didn't want you to think that I was not thinking about that, again. I hate it when I do that...
Sorry.
-
Heh. If that were it, I'd have just modded your post, or something. I'm evil like that.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
"Modded?"
Sounds like a weird word...
I get the gist, but I've never heard it until now.
That tends to happen to me, when you're speaking. :P
I wonder if you were aware of that...
-
I prefer to use less common words, simply because I enjoy them.
I just wish I could find a suitable use for "defenestrate."
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I'd have to know less common words to use them.
Actually, I just used piquant...
But that's actually not that uncommom.
('Bout as uncommom as poignant...) :P
After I looked up the word:
*Laugh!!!* :D ! :D ! :D !
Well... you could make a suggestion to defenestration next time somebody's angry at someone/something. ;D
Right?
-
Defenestrate is an awesome word, but I, too, haven't really found a good use for it in common language. I have occasionally threatened to defenestrate someone online, but for obvious reasons, it hasn't happened.
-
I think that is now among my favorite words, actually.
Why did I not hear about this before!?! They've been teaching us simple vocabulary at school, and they could be teaching us how to use words like defenestrate!
Do ya'll have favorite words?
-
I do!
It is "sploot". Which..really isn't a real word..just used in comics. XD As far as real words go..probably "poof" or "garrulous". I guess I just like garrulous 'cause..that's pretty much what I do all the time. XD
-
*laugh!!!*:D
What do comics use that word for?
I think I'm like that, too... :P
-
For food effects.
I spent 40 minutes going through my Garfield books looking for that one..but of all the ones I have, it had to be in the one I can't find. T_T
-
"Splut" is more common in Garfield, though, what with "Splut Week" and all.
-
Yeah. "Splut" & "splot". Nothing beats "sploot", though. ^_^
-
Heh...
My friends and I used to use, "Splugget!" in elementary, when we helped the lunch lady serve meals. ;D
One of my friends just said, one day, "Would you like sound effects with your food?"
She started it... :P ;D
Do all elementary schools do that?
(Let kids help serve lunch, that is.)
-
I wouldn't know. I've homeschooled since third grade, and the schools I went to before that didn't really have cafeterias.
-
"Wark"
"hrrrsk"
"eep"
"defenestrate"
and "mrow?"
By the way, I found an excellent use for Defenestrate. It needs to be the past tense, but...
A revolution
an unpopular monarch
defenestrated
-------
behold, a haiku.
-
Indeed. Nice haiku.
Exalted for that one. Defenestrated monarchy...
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
So now people are making haikus... ;D
I think it'd be neat to be homeschooled...
Did ya'll that were home schooled here (if anyone else here was and are not bothered by talking about it) like it?
-
I like the word haiku, too. XD
Oh, I love homeschool. I go at my own pace, no homework, I get to sleep later, and best of all..I don't think I've been sick since I started it, unless my cousin brought it home.
-
Heh. :D
That sounds neat. But I think one thing that would bother me about being home schooled is that you don't have the extra things like labs in science (they can be fun! ;D ) or the awesome library... and friends... and... well, other things. :)
Did you like public schools?
-
public schools are nifty...what with the libraries and labs and chemicals with which to ignite...er...experiment. Yeah. Just experiment...
Though, homeschool was nifty as well.
-
Heh....my dad working at a chemical plant helps with that urge. He has access to all sorts of nifty things to blow up/ignite/throw at raccoons and/or annoying neighbor's dogs that kill kitties. (not that we have) Still, throwing bottles filled with dry ice and making weird mushy things is fun.
-
Mushy things are fun.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
My cousin's deathly afraid of raccoons...
He'd give you karma, for that. Maybe I'll do it for him, just 'cuz I it made me laugh...
I still don't know why he hates raccoons, though...
Oh yeah, he was the victim of an attacking raccoon at the age of six... that might explain it...
Oops.
It would have been fun to have a bit of both, in my opinion. But oh well for that. :P
Mushy things... ;D
What were the mushy things?
I just dropped the headphones in the chicken box...
Hey! Maybe that makes up for my lack of something to share for stupid points!
-
We made some sort of gooey, slimey, blob of...something. XD
I like raccoons. =3 They're my second favorite animal. (bet you could never guess my first) The only problem with 'em is they rip open our trash and/or eat the cat food. >.<
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I've no problem with them, myself. I rarely see them, though.
Hm... what would they be? :)
-
Well, (http://img76.imageshack.us/img76/7429/babsjc0.png) as it just so happens, (http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/4299/hunteruc8.png) my favorite (http://img466.imageshack.us/img466/5587/fuego2am9.png) animal (http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/5848/nfpookyqj5.png) would be (http://img466.imageshack.us/img466/7294/phenochrystkt7.png) the fox. (http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/3866/babscutch6.png) I even like people (http://img466.imageshack.us/img466/1998/foxmulderxz6.png) named (http://img466.imageshack.us/img466/3760/starfoxzi8.jpg) Fox. (http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/5711/foxle5.png)
^_^
-
Heh. No, really? :)
Creative. Links to a bunch of different things in the words. ;D
First one:
Neat. I like it. ;)
Second on:
O.O
Hahahahahah!!!!!!! :D
Eggs? ;D
Third one:
Oo...
I like the fire! ;D
Fourth:
Heh... :)
That one's familiar.
Fifth:
Awesome!
Sixth:
Neat. ;)
I hope I wasn't supposed to be able to really actually read that.... other than a select few words.
Eighth:
Who's that?
I know I've seen him somewhere...
Ninth:
My sister asked me why someone had drawn himself when I saw that one. Now she's accusing me of things that make no sense... yeah... she just got up, and is a wonderful morning person... :P
It is quite comparable... what do you say, Dragyn? Can you recognize him? Just the "glasses..."
-
"People" link - Fox Mulder, from the X-Files.
"Named" link - Fox McCloud, from Starfox.
"Fox" link - Fox, in his *adorable* human form.
'Cause I couldn't think of anybody else with the first name Fox. XD
-
Hehehehehe.... ;D
Well, that'd explain the boots and goggles.
I still have never actually seen this Fox individual anywhere else other than here, in your art.
Adorable... ^__^
Considering the similarities to another person I've met, I find this interesting. Possibly because you do not know... or maybe because of something else... probably both, though I have not decided yet.
Starfox is a game, I think, and that's really all I know about it... or, at least I think I know...
Starfox is a game, right?
-
Yes...more later. Time for class for me.
Later, all!
-

Sick mind is having trouble. How do you mean?
-
Even though I am positive that you are now out of class, and that you are close to or already have finished ending the day... er... have a nice day at school?
I've met a person with an appearance comparable to this one. I don't know if the other would like my actually announcing this, however, or else I might have said more.
Then I said I found your description of this person, or rather, this appearance, amusing. Simply because I know someone that looks similar to that, and because of, as I put it, something else.
Sorry... got it now?
-
Ah..yeah. I thought you meant somebody had another character that looked like him. XP
Quote:I still have never actually seen this Fox individual anywhere else other than here, in your art.
I would've said something ealier, but as you know I kinda didn't feel like it. XD You mean my Fox? Well..I guess..since he's the only one I've posted here. XP Well, that's because he's my own character. I think I mentioned elsewhere..but he's meant to fit in the world of Invader Zim, hence the Irken/human alternation.
Blargh..still not thinking clearly. Please feel free to correct anything..inlcuding the fact I might've misunderstood you or inproper word usage. >.<
-
...
...between the two of you, I now have no idea what's going on.
...
I'll take some time, mull it over. Then maybe I'll be able to come up with a coherent response.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I must've not noted that, or something... ;D
I actually looked up Fox... and that'd be why I never found anything about him.
No need, wasn't expecting one... :)
What, did you expect me to make sense?
Well, if I did make a little, did you get it, now?
Anyway... I think Fox got it... did you, Fox?
Interesting avatar, by the way.
What is it?
-
You lost me at "Fox". XD Mutli-tasking is not one of my skills.
Okay...yeah..I got it, now.
And my avatar is of a Star Wars fancharacter, Hatchet. (you can tell I like making fancharacters. XD) He's a Nexu, which is the GREATEST THING Lucas ever came up with. EVER.
-
I think I'm getting the gist of it...
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
Yay! People are understanding me!
They should make prizes for that sort of feat...
And I'm hoping you're thinking I said what I meant to say...
Hatchet?
What exactly is a Nexu?
Nice work. ;)
-
From Star Wars: Episode II. The Nexu was the cat-like thing used in the execution bit. I think it's got one of the biggest SW creature bases I've ever seen. XD The Nexu and the Varactyl are both tied as far as shear awesomeness goes.
Pictures posted in Random Picture Thread momentarily.
-
Ah... I see. :)
What was the Varactyl from, in those movies?
