That is really wierd....
Is it a type alien llama?
A color changing worm-alien-llama....
I'll come back to this and put something here....
Maybe I'll make it similar to what's been going up... so crazy things with gaping mouths. Or not, 'cuz that's just weird! :P
(Hm... so maybe that's a reason for me to get one that weird...)
Later:
Hahaha.... ;D
It's scary.
But I can't copy it without permission, first, so you'll have to use the link.

Interesting...
A truely weird mix of food.... but then I don't like fish, and do like donuts.
I'll get another picture in a bit...

I get my stuff from Google by typing in a random word. I forget how I got the forehead. I got the viking girl from typing "chigaimasu"

Interesting site.

Fish flavored doughnuts. Yum?

Not, "Yum."
"Yuck."

Um... interesting. I'm glad I don't live in an apartment.
That may not have been the reaction you were looking for.
-
X3 'Tis Scully's apartment, I think. That's not really Mulder, either. 'Cause he never smiles. XD It's one of those shapeshifting aliens....who's names always seem to escape me.

Zim Krueger vs. Stimpy Vorhees?
-
O.O
What is that?
-
I'm with Faith on this one--what is it?
-
Zim = Freddy Krueger, and Stimpy = Jason Vorhees. 'Tis making fun of the Freddy vs. Jason movie, I guess. Though why the guy chose Zim & Stimpy I'll never know. XD
~and just because~

Best. Name. EVER.

*Laugh!!!* :D
Lama Hasan?
Is everyone here just llama-crazed, now? Will llamas ever be the same to us again?
Oh! My grandma's llama, Tolkien, just had another baby llama, today!
It's about as big as her bearded Collie!
(And no, it is not a blue, eyeless flesh eating zombie llama from space.
-
Such a disapointment.
Nope, llamas will never be the same.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
Now, whenever I look at llamas, in the back of my mind, I will see a blue, eyeless, flesh-eating llama from space dancing to The Llama Song...
And I was worried I was the only one, and was therefore somehow crazy! ;D :P
-
Nah. Well, not any crazier than the rest of us, anyway.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
So in the back of your mind, you will see a blue, eyeless, flesh-eating llama from space dancing to The Llama Song?
-

And that guy with the "Therapy Buddies" up there was on American Inventor twice. He failed both times.
-
Hehehe.... heh....
What's "American Inventor?"
-
It's like American Idol..but they're trying to win patents or something. I haven't kept up with it.

Progression of iTunes icons, from 1.0 to 7.5. Honestly, I liked the second icon best. The old, darker blue one, despite the vibrantness of the newest icon. Oh well...
-
Oo...
Interesting avatar & signature, Fox. ;)
Those critters look like fun to draw...
No wonder why you did so, then, Fox...
http://bluebison.net/sketchbook/2007/0107/monkey-riding-llama.jpg (http://bluebison.net/sketchbook/2007/0107/monkey-riding-llama.jpg)
Guess what that is. ;D
Oh, wait, it says it right there...
Never mind.
-
Thanks. XD They're very fun to draw..I just wish I could do it without 'em looking like retarded, zombified monkey mutants.
LLAMA! AND MONKEY! ~glee~
-
Aw, they didn't look like monkey mutants! :P
I asked because I thought they looked cool. ;D
What makes you think they look like monkey mutants?
-
I meant that's what they look like when I (try to) draw them. XD I have trouble drawing anything Star Wars related for some reason.
-
I was saying that the critter you drew and colored for your avatar wasn't a monkey mutant! ;D
I asked because I thought the one you drew looked cool. :)
-
Ah, okies.
And just because -
(http://img104.imageshack.us/img104/1058/whattheheckyj9.png)
I dunno. XD
-
Hehehehe....
If you don't know, then I don't know who I'm asking, but....
What's up with the screaming blue girl and the green guy?
-
...
You certainly aren't asking me.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
What is that from, Fox?
-
Beast Boy(green dude) is from Teen Titans. OddBall(blue girl) is....eh..YET ANOTHER fancharacter of mine. XD
As much as I hate Anime, I sure love drawing the expressions such as in the picture above. X3
-
Heh. :)
What do you hate Anime for?
-
Because it's usually either ninjas, robots or girls with huge chests. Not that I hate all Anime or ninjas/robots..it's just that(other than Totoro), I've yet to find any that interest me. It all seems so cliche'....
-
True, the majority of Anime is all about cliche. There are a few exceptions, I'm sure...but I don't watch TV really, so I don't know of any.
-
Oh...
I've not seen many Anime movies/shows, 'cuz I don't watch TV much, either... but I've seen people that like to draw them, a lot. I just wondered what was wrong with them...
What, exactly, is the requirements something has to have to be Anime?
Just drawn in that style?
I think I've seen Totoro, um... is Spirited away one? And then... Kiki's Delivery Service...? There was another... Castle in the Sky, I think.
Oh, wait.... once I saw something called Sailor Moon, years ago. That was pretty dumb. Is that the type of Anime you're referring to?
I already said I saw that sad one. That wasn't much like those... but I still didn't like it, much.
If I watch movies, they're generally cartoons, so... that's the reason I've seen these. And these are all the ones I remember ever watching... ones like Kiki's Delivery Service, I haven't watched in ages... well if you'd call it that, considering those "ages" would have to have occured within 15 years.
-
Anime is Japanese. It's all in the same style. XP I tried watching Spirited Away..but there was just something about that irked me. I can't really say why I hate most Animes..I just do. I prefer American Anime like Teen Titans and Invader Zim. Animerican seems different for some reason, even though it's based off Anime. *shrug* Iunno.
-
I, of course, have no clue. I don't watch much of anything, save for the Dreamworks and Pixar animated works.
-
Ever seen Ghost in the Shell? Or Cowboy Bebop, I suppose, but Ghost in the Shell is better. You want philosophy with your storyline? Got it right there... Good stuff.
Anime comes in all genres, basically. If you don't like romance, skip those and go for the spy, sci fi, or mystery types. (shrugs)
-
Heh... I usually don't know what people made what I'm watching.
I know most of what I know about T.V, not because I like it that much, but because my sister is obsessed with it. No, I'm not blaming my sister. :P
It's simple fact. She knows it, too. She likes to talk to people about how, when she comes home, she has a T.V. schedule, for some reason...
She comes home and the T.V. will be on, immediately, playing a variety of nightly shows.
Most of the shows I watch, I watched when I was a kid, and the rest, I hear while my sister watches it.
I just remember them, all, now...
I must agree that Spirited away wasn't so great, though... it did seem a little weird, a lot of the way through, true. I remember being disappointed with the movie. But, I think I must have forgotten that... T.V., as I've said, is not really my thing.
I like some movies, don't get me wrong. Most of them are cartoons... like Ice Age, Hoodwinked, Open Season, and... well, there's more.
I think I've already said some most of this stuff... ;D
Do I sound a little repetitive to you guys? :P
-
For somone who "does'nt watch anime you sure can list a lot of names right off the top of your head faith!
-
Watch Howl's Moving Castle. >_> ....
Anyways. Lessee if I have anything particularly random....
Aha! I don't even remember where I found this...
Ramen ftw..?
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I didn't say I didn't watch a lot of television, before. I used to like T.V. But then, I just realized there was a lot more that I could be doing. I like movies, from time to time, so I watch them, yeah... but not very often, anymore. Though the way I said that wasn't very clear, I'm sorry.
And this is all of the Anime movies I could think of... I'm reaching back to when I was about seven. ;D
Geez... that was seven years ago, about half of my life ago... :o
And, actaully... I saw that Totoro movie, before then. Maybe when I was in kindergarten... Geez! :P
Besides, I've listed about seven movies, in all, (some of which were not Anime.) that's not too many movies, for more than seven years. And We've all seen movies, liked or not, before, I'm sure. :)
(I realized I've been lacking in smilies... I sounded even more boring than I actually am! ;D )
-
For the heck of showing off: Oishi means "delicious"
Gotta get some enjoyment out of all this work I'm doing. (goes back to studying flashcards)
-
Interestingly enough, I was gonna' ask what that meant...
Smilies in conversation a diiferent person do not make.
-
thanks dragyn yoda.
-
Welcome, you are.
-
We have our own Dragyn Yoda. Glee.
-
I sense a DMFA reference. Rainbows for everyone? (chuckles)
-
Ha!
Rainbows for everyone.
Yoda Dragyn, I am? Do this, I must.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
Now, I know what's up with the Dragyn Yoda... ;D
Huh?
Rainbows??...
What's that about, and what is DMFA?
When I look for it on the Internet, Google says:
DMFA: Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association
And, for some reason, I don't think that DMFA was the DMFA referred to...
-
(http://missmab.com/Comics/Vol845.jpg)
Random picture and explanation. =D DMFA stands for Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures. >.>
Yoda would look cool as a dragon..now ya' got that picture in my head. XD
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
Who's the Rainbow-haired one?
I'm frightened by the rainbow-giver... in a comical sense...
Are you going to draw your picture of a Dragyn Yoda, Fox?
-
Jyrras. Poor Jyrras. He really didn't ask for that.
The rainbow giver is a member of an extremely long-lived and completely almighty race of beings. Actually, she's the current Queen. She's... well, the whole race is rather scary. But she is especially.
-
Yikes...
So it's a bunch of powerful, nutty fruitcakes?
-
...basically. They haven't destroyed the universe yet.... as far as we know.
-
You mean they haven't destroyed -that- universe. It rather sounds like they've destroyed a few others, doesn't it?
-
Oh, yeah, you're right...
-
O.O ?
Huh?...
Should I just read it?
-
Uh, yeah, that might... be the best course of action. It's a good comic, anyway.
-
Is it somewhere on Xepher?
Ah, never mind... I'll go and find it on Google. ;D
Hey, question:
About how much propane can $50 buy?
-
Propane? I haven't a clue.
-
About 5-10 of those standard tanks for barbecue grills. It varies a little depending on fuel prices. but you'd have to already have, or buy the tank separate.
-
About how long do you think that could last, providing light by means of a lantern? (An estimation of hours.)
Sorry... I didn't expect most of you to know... but it's kinda important, to me...
Perhaps I should look it up on the Internet?
-

I would imagine swallowing a vaccum would be rather difficult....
-
Your fault for bringing it up. :P
-
It was, wasn't it? XD Though, technically, Faith brought up the subject of "weird games", so it's her fault! =D
That did give me quite a startle, seeing as I had just woke up. XD It makes me want to go roll random things into a ball....
-
Huh?...
What was mean?
The rainbow-head thing?
How did I bring that up?
I'm confused...
That's actually fairly normal, though...
-
Hehehe.
-
I was kidding. It's from Katamari, that weird game I mentioned when you asked about weird games. XP
And it's reason number 290734029437 that I don't want to go to Japan.
-
Don't assume all of Japan is that weird...
You may be right, but you still shouldn't assume...
-
I been meaning to come in here for a while, but I wanted to wait until I had the time to make up a proper avitar for the occasion.
<---How do you like it?
Random enough?
Scary enough?
EDIT: Oh, and Japan really is that weird. It's people are willing to put up with incredible amounts or weirdness or plan jerkery, so it grows and flourishes in their media and culture.
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
Yup... very disturbing. ;)
How'd ya' make it?
-
Isn't it, though? The only Japanese thing I obsess over is Sony. XD Can't go wrong with Sony. <3

Oh, the things you can find on DeviantArt. XP
Dib and Mulder are so much alike...yet I hate Dib and obsess over Mulder. o.O Weird.

Oh, goody... she's not getting on, yet!
Huh... that is weird. :P

many places have security in place to prevent people from deeplinking it off there server, try copying it to a hosting service like forumsigs and linking to that.

*sneaks out from the shadows* That episode was pure win. You're right about deviantart, except I wouldn't let my kid even know it exists until they were, like, thirty years old or something, hehe.
Dark Force Bomber is also win. He's creepy. But the Bomberman anime is just plain weird.. heh....
-
It was win, wasn't it? X3 (my favorite is still Germs, though)
I have no idea what that thing is..BUT IT'S GOT WITTLE HEADWINGS! *tackleglomp* <3
-
Germs was... well, all I can say is Zim totally isn't a psycho. Yeah. But Dark Force Bomber is. He was made by combining a bunch of Bombermen corpses. He's also got one of those weird voices where it sounds like two people talking at the same time.
"Hahaha, die! Everybody, die!"
Yeah.
EDIT: Thanks to you I can now imagine him saying something along the lines of "Chicks dig the wings, man."
-
I might have to look up more pictures of him, soley for that reason. X3
~Germs is the reason behind the whole "Zim is Monkish" thing. My dad started that and it kinda stuck. XD If he's like Monk..OF COURSE I have to love it. X3 (all my merchandise from the episode is kept in a safe place....touch and die)

Pyramid Head! Or..Red Pyramid. I've never played any of those games....and the only one I can find to rent is always sold out. T.T
-
I'd play Silent Hill if I wasn't so much of a pansy. Har har.
-
XP I dunno if I really would play it if I did find it. I have a bit of a disliking for horror games, which really started with Resident Evil. XD *shudders* Oooh...those dogs..those evil, evil dogs....
The movies were tolerable, though. Silent Hill was cool, but I think I liked RE3 better. Then again..both have an equal amount of fire usage...

What moofies look like in macro.
-
Blast it, now I wanna' try and make some, but I don't even have a cookie sheet, let alone a muffin pan...
-
Laugh!!!* :D
(Not mocking your plight, or anything.) ^_^
Hey - this weekend you'll, from the sounds of it, get to come home, no?
You'll have access to such things, there. :)
I, again, want to experiment...
There is a way to make my envisioned moofie!!! I made them, before... but not enough of them, and one batch the burned in, and the other, the ones that made it, became stale.... 'twas sad.
What're your moofies made of?
-
Peanut butter. =D
Really...just peanut butter cookie dough.
-
That. Looks. Delicious. *drool*
Take THIS! (http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a15/Daimpeh/caramelkirbyrm2.gif)
-
This is what happens if you leave a moofie unattended...
Hehehe....Careful, he bites...
-
...... LOL's
That reminds me of a bit on Teen Titans for some reason...
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
I already saw it, but I laughed, anyway. :P
Hm... it'd be neat if everyone made a moofie-creature. ^_^
It could be... a horde, of moofies!!! O.O
-
O_O
First the pizza rolls turned evil....now moofies?
What have I started?? D=

WoooOOooo~
-
Heh.... what happened, there?
(For both of ya'... evil pizza rolls and the Skull Throne?...) O.o
Here're some pictures of the lunar eclipse that we witnessed just a couple nights ago. :)
(I took them through a pair of binoculars.) ^_^
http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/Faith39_2006/Moon1.jpg (http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/Faith39_2006/Moon1.jpg)

-
I missed it. T_T
*grumble*stupidTexasweather*grumble*
-
Heh... That's all right, the next one's in, er... 2010...
I've now seen two lunar eclipses. The one in 2006, which I drew a picture of, that did not turn out very well... and this one.
The second picture's kinda stretched, though... >.<
But then, that's not surprising. It's already too easy to take a picture of the moon, which looks like a blurry white streak in the sky, let alone take a picture through a pair of binoculars without doing similar things... :P
Example:
http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/Faith39_2006/FreakyMoon.jpg (http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/Faith39_2006/FreakyMoon.jpg)
-
Meh..solar eclipses are more fun, anyway. ^_^
A blurry white streak, you say?

Not with my camera. =D
Little big. Sorry about that. ~fwee~ Telephoto lenses are fun....
<font color="Orange">MOD: I shrunk it, so it doesn't scroll the page, now. I hope you don't mind...</font>
-
Heh. ;D
I've never seen one of those.
What did you use to take that?
A Telephoto lense? What're those like?
(I think it's safe for me to say we don't have one, over here, whatever they are... otherwise, I wouldn't have been outside all through the thing, trying to angle binoculars and a camera, just right.) :P ^_^
Meh, I got my extra credit points I'm happy... :)
-
It's the second lens I got my my DSLR camera. You'd have to get an SLR to use one. ^^;

Wow. You're page is a bit of a mess, isn't it? Don't take that badly, please...
It'd be a lot easier to read if you changed the text to black, and let the background scroll with the text. You might also put the videos onto separate pages, if you can. (I don't know anything about Myspace, I'm afraid.)
It's usually considered a bad idea to have it play music when loaded--if you want background music, make the player object visible, but don't have it autoplay.
Um...beyond that, I have to say I did like your choice of song. "We Need Each Other" by Sanctus Real, in this case--in case it varies.
Yeah...I like the cursor, too. It is a bit distracting, though, for your site, that's not gonna' be a big deal.
A lot of what (I think, anyway) is wrong with your site seems to be involving the "comments" section, which I doubt is yours, so whatever. It still wouldn't hurt to move some things to separate pages, to ease the clutter.
-
yeah... i SHOULD clean it up
i've been meaning to

yeah, i got the thing about the shoulders before

Oh, yeah. I guess I failed to mention I was going to a concert. ^^; Newsboys "Go" tour, Saturday. They were filming their Go DVD there, too. Nifty.
-
Heheh...
I like Newsboys... but I don't know about a concert... >.<
(I don't like crowds much...) :P
I guess I'd have to actually go to one to know anything about them, though.
-
Wasn't the same without Phil Joel. They seemed to do pretty good, though..especially on Entertaining Angels. It was..different..but only slightly. Concerts are really, really loud, as you can imagine. We had to travel a fair distance, because they were right in the middle of Houston..so we got home really late(and on the night you had to turn the clocks ahead, nonetheless), and we were all kind of achy and our ears were ringing..so we missed church. Overall, I think we all had fun. I liked them better the first time I saw them..but it was good.
-
Hmmm...I don't think they ever come up this far, so I've never been to any of their concerts. I do like their music, though...
-
I have one of their CDs and a couple songs from YouTube...
I like 'em. :)
Where are they then?...
-
Not sure how many stops they make on tours..but they're in Texas A LOT. I guess they have a thing for us southerners. XP
The really funny thing, if you pick up the DVD when it comes out, is a few lyric changes. My favorite was, instead of Amazon, they sang it "Drying out the Texas rain". XD (because it rains around 3 times a week, probably, around here. >.<) There was also a Bob Dylan-styled version of "Shine". That alone makes me want to get the DVD. XD
-
...
Who's Bob Dylan?
I like the rain... ^_^
-
Wait...isn't Bob Dylan a country singer? That must've been a strange version of Shine...
Heh. Interesting adjustment to lyrics, there...I know that song.
-
i'm a Texan... though ah ain't in mah homel'nd raht naw
(Forget the suthern accent, my speeling is proof enoughf) anywho, Entertaining Angels is one of my faves!!! that, Take Me to Your Leader, and Breath. the "Take Me to Your Leader" album is my favorite actually... i think Entertaining Angels was in "Step Up to the Micraphone"
-
Yeah..their older songs were the best. I wish they would've sang WooHoo or Take Me to Your Leader..buut they didn't. It was the "Go" tour, after all. At least they sang Entertaining Angels & Breakfast, though. (some kids brought Captain Crunch with them to wave around when they sang it, too. XD)
-
Hmm...the only song ya'll have listed that I don't know is "WooHoo," so I guess I must not be as far behind as I thought...
-
"Woo-Hoo"?
haven't heard that one either
-
Really?! O_O That's my favorite! D=
*link'd* http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBhAHRL_Nl8 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBhAHRL_Nl8)
I gathered all the energy I had when the concert was over to scream "WOOHOO!!" XD I wasn't the only one who did, oddly enough.
-
Heh...
Breakfast? O.o
And, er, captain crunch?
Heh... yeah, I don't know most of the songs you guys are talking about... :P
I'll listen to that, in a bit... ^_^
-
Never heard Breakfast, either? D= That's...like...the most popular Newsboys song. Don't think there will ever be a concert they don't sing that at. XD
*looks at post count* 747....that reminds me of an Audio Adrenaline song. XD "A 747, fell outta Heaven, crashed through the roof of a 7-11..."
-
Never heard that song...Audio Adrenaline, eh? I haven't actually heard much of their work, though they seem pretty good.
I'll watch that sometime when I'm at school--the connection is a lot faster there. Interesting how quickly I forget how slow dial-up is when I use the school's connection for awhile...
-
It's called "DC-10"..and is actually quite humorous, in a dark sort of way. XD I heard they broke up, though....if that's true, I'm glad we got to see them in concert before they did, at least. :/
-
Audio Adrenaline?
I've never even heard of them before...
My sister must be right, I live in a hole. >.<
And I never even realized it until I started talking to you guys... and about the <div style="width:300px; filter:glow(color=limegreen,strength=2)">outside world... </div> :P
-
Heh....you get out more than me. I know all these bands because I rarely see the sunlight. I do that Dracula thing when I am exposed to it. XD (of course, it's constantly overcast here, too..and that plays a part in my eye sensitivity)
So I just sit in my room....listening to music all day..whether I'm doing school, sleeping, playing a game or drawing. >.>
-
*laughs* dracula...
-
Heh. ;D
Well, I get sun, but not as much as I used to... I blame the computer, for that. :P
(Okay, so it's my fault...)
But then, compared to so many people, who do plenty of other things, I know next to nothing of what's going on, <div style="width:300px; filter:glow(color=limegreen,strength=2)">out there...</div>

NO! Must not... look at cuddly...little..cute...

Good: Kittens!
Bad: Fire.
Ugly: Kittens on Fire!
Ok...now...who can tell me where I got that?
-
Heh! ;D
That's a good question... maybe my friends are right, and you are somewhat morbid. :P
Although they only said that 'cuz you said puppies died when my sister said puppies were forever...
But, yeah, I've not a clue as to were fire came along... and... I can't see the picture... :P
-
You got that out of my old copy of Game Informer.
-
Indeed I did. I figured you'd get it, I was wondering about the others, though.
The "Game Infarcer" issues were the best, anyway.
-
Fire-kittens: sure, they look cute and cuddly, until they torch you & eat your ashes.
@Faith- Sorry. 'Twas taken with my a100, so it'll take a while. ^^;
-
Game Infarcer and Game Informer?
Eh, I got to see it, this time. :)
My mom saw it while it was loading, and thought it was some sort of gothic skull... >.<
Then she found out it was a bunch of couple week-old kittens...
-
Huh....now I gotta give 'em all goth names.
-
Heh! ;D
What would you have in mind?
I like the markings on the orange-patched one...
-
"Game design experts agree, all existing wars "completely tapped out." A new war is being planned which will begin with a pre-emptive nuclear strike on Canada by the United states, and will provide material and famous battlefields to supply gaming's needs for decades to come."
"Normandy is the new Hoth."
Game Infarcer was second best. The best issues were the ones right after the Infarcfers, which had an extra Letters to the Editor section, full of people who had actually fallen for one gag or another.
-
Yeah...they should put them all together in some sort of commemorative amusement edition, or something.
Or, maybe I'm just weird, I'unno.
-
What!? --but that would cut into their back issue orders! Besides, some of us subscribed to Game informer so we would know when the new FF7 games were coming out and so we would have confirmation that yes, even in next gen, Gundam Wing and Dragonball games still suck, because Bandai knows that their fans will keep buying this garbage forever, no matter what, because they loved the first few seasons of the the now excessively spun off series.
A fanboy and his money are soon parted.
Word is there's supposed to be a Dragonball movie this summer or next. The odds of that being good are nonzero, but just barely.
-
Heh. :)
Well, I don't know about most of that stuff... :P
-
Goth names..hm..not sure. I'd probably stick more along Celtic or mythology-type. A lot of my animals are named for gods/goddesses and mythological creatures, anyway. XD
Hera sounds like good potential....
-
Now you've done it! We've got ads for "VampireFreaks.com" and John McKain!
You have brought this on us all!
Why not just go with "Goth" or "Gothic" it's not like the other kittens are going to make fun of his ridiculous name.
Oh! If you want something more name-like, you could go in for "Skull". It's a solid, old-fashioned kind of name worthy of a warrior, or a really, really fuzzy kitten.
-
I could. x3 I dunno. Depends on whether or not we give them away. My uncle mentioned getting 'em fixed, so he might be planning on keeping them. >_<

It appears we have a new addition to our pet-family, courtesy of my cat, Yin.
-
O.o
? ? ?
I thought your cat had kittens...
Nah, jus' joking (obviously... I hope...) what, did your cat bring it's supposed snack home alive?
We've had that happen, with little wild birds, around here. :)
Almost happened with a squirrel... but... er... it didn't make it past the cat...
Ducklings are cute... ^_^
It's interesting when you have chickens and ducks, so, when the ducklings go for a swim, all the other chickens (mainly the hens that like to adopt anything that peeps, and sometimes even hatched a duckling... (some of our ducks didn't lay, so we stuck duck-eggs under hens...) would kinda become completely terrified. ;D

Something tells me I won't be getting a piece of that cake.
-
Those images are so big they broke my screen!
-
Heh!
Where did you get that?
What do you mean by "broke my screen?"
-
The images, or those adorable turrets? =D
~I got the screencap from Portal. I got bored of it, and started hacking. I used a code to get me in the cake room, and grabbed a bunch of turrets to stick there. Heh...so yeah. That whole scene was done by me. (of course, I had to hack again to get me inside the ceiling so I could get the cap. without getting shot)
-
Heh!
You made that happen?
That sounds like one bizzare game... what with its cake room... wherein mechanical things called turrets can attack cakes...
Yeah, why are they doing that to the cake? :P ;D
-
It's a party! =D
GLaDOS, at one point, mentioned that somebody cut the cake....so I thought it must've been a turret, since Chell(player) is the only human in the game. ^_^ All those turrets were in the last room..and it was a pain to drag them down & arrange them like that without them shooting each other. (some have bullet holes in them, as you can see. XD)

Heh. ;D
Is there anyone/anything called Hall Glados?
-
Hal Glados is the Computer in Portal, if I'm not mistaken...
Verification, if you would?
-
Huh... the, er, computer in Portal? (I'm not aware of what you mean by "computer.")
-
If I remember correctly, Hal and Glados are different computers, but both "evil."
-
Indeed. Hal is from 2001: A Space Odessy.
-
O.o ? ? ?
Okay... so, they're evil computers from different games, both running for president. ?
Well... that probably won't end well... ... ...
-
2001: A Space Odessy is a movie, but yeah.
-
It is also a very thick novel, with a sequel: 2010: A Space Odessey.
Stanley Kubrick must have been smoking some heavy poisons and snorting bleach to produce that garbage, but at least HAL 9000 was cool.
...In a creepy kind of way. HAL pretty much carried a vary bad movie so well that it is remembered as a classic.
He dies at the end, but they brought him back before the start of the next book. Seriously, the first line of the book is HAL talking. Even acclaimed writers know when a character is too cool for a series to survive without. (Why is EU so terrible? Because, it so desperately wants to resurrect Darth Vader, but that is the one literary or necromantic perversion forbidden to them. This is really a topic for another thread, but I think that's way so many fans of old Star Wars hate the prequels. It's not the attempts at "hard" sci-fi, or the recycled plot devices, or even the presence of Jar-Jar. It's the simple fact that Jar-Jar is filling the shoes of one Lord Darth Vader of the Sith. Those shoes would have been hard for a thematically appropriate character to fill, but an improbably lucky GCI moron stands no chance.
General Grievous filled those shoes briefly in Clone Wars, but all that was squandered in Epi. 3 when he died after a very poorly directed fight scene. For mercy, it was a guy fighting a CGI person with 4 arms, so the choreography and camera tricks needed to be good, and they just weren't.
EU will not thrive until a compelling and powerful villian appears, and that will never happen becuse her authors can't co-ordinate together. From Mara Jade onward every potentially interesting villain has been unequivocally redeemed and promptly forgotten or simply killed off.)
-
Personally, I've never seen the movie or read the book so I don't know how awesome Hal may be. Y'know, I don't remember the older Star Wars movies very well, so I'm pretty sure I'm like, the only person in the universe who doesn't know who Jar-Jar is. Heard of him, but eh.
*then proceeds to go "Yay Grievous"*
-
Heh...
Not long ago I'd've been with you on the whole "I don't know who Jar-jar is" thing. :P
Then my freinds watched it...
But I'm going to still have to ask who HAL is... and EU... ? ? ?
-
HAL 9000 is awesome. He's a supercomputer who controls every aspect of life on this science vessel going to Jupiter. Then one day, he made a mistake, or so it seemed.
Because 9000 series computers had never before been know to make a mistake, the crew decided to take HAL offline and run the ship on manual control.
"Open the pod bay doors HAL."
"I'm sorry Dave, but I can't do that.
"Open the doors HAL"
"I know that you and Phil are planning to deactivate me, and I'm afraid that is something I cannot allow to happen."
HAL is creepy because he is so matter of fact and polite about turning off your oxygen or leaving you to die in outer space. His secret mission is listed as more important than protecting the crew, so he can kill them if they get in the way. He's really very sorry, and he's feeling much better now. Can he please stay on line?
EU is Expanded Universe. It's the catchall for a number of mass produced lines of games and books that bear the Star Wars brand. Unfortunately, with the Death Stars, the Empire and the Sith all extinct, their isn't much to war against in the stars, so there's always one more rogue Imperial officer trying to rebuild the Stormtroopers, who also happens to to be force sensetive (even though that shouldn't be possible) and have some sort of Death Star prototype that everyone just forgot about.
Occasionally, a jedi goes to the dark side and strts a new sith cult, but he usually dies within a few books. The writers all like their own villians best, so they kill the other ones off if they get the chance. Naturally, they all kill their own villians now, so they at least get to go out with style.
I blame Timothy Zahn, who wrote some of the first EU novels and got the whole cycle started.
-
Hehe...
I never read the series...
What mistake did he supposedly make?
-
I think he made a minor course change or sensor adjustment to fulfill he secret mission so seek out the Mysterious Obelisks of Cosmic Importance which have the power to Alter the Course of Civilization. I only watched the movie once, since beyond the parts with HAL it was really, really bad.
Seriously, it was bad.

August the forty-third, obviously. Kinda' makes me wonder what calendar Amber runs DMFA on...

Also, that is a scary fish. I want one, for scaring people.

'Kay, random question here, but here'goes.
What's a flame thread?
-
A thread (topic) where people end up "flaming" or insulting each other, and accomplishing little else.
Unless, of course, you mean a thread where the symbol is a flame, in which case it's a topic where people post a lot.
Gotta' love the system, don't ya'?
-
Heh...
Well, that's peculiar...
Flame threads are generally unintentional, right?
'Cuz otherwise... I'd have something to say about the system. :P
Though I get the impression that we don't get one of those little flames, on this forum... do we?...
-
Uh...probably not.
And no, intentional flame threads would just be stupid.
-

That explains the crazy cat-picture I found...

I don't like seafood

Not just random pictures, but random comments to boot!

Yup
We are all crazy blood thirsty frogs

Either Fox is having a conversation with herself, or... ... ... ? O.o
And, nice, Gryphor. ;D :P
-
It's referencing Monty Python. Though in the internet world, I guess it is kinda hard to tell when you're joking about that....(fact: I, personally, love SPAM. The food, anyway.)
Since I've referenced this a few times, why not:

*Laugh!!!* :D
That... *snrk...*
Is pretty darn funny. ;D
So now I understand the laser-eyed bears... ... ...
(Well, there was one in Futerama. (Though I don't suggest the show... :P )
I kinda pity the guy... ;D
-
That is very weird
but a good weird
-
I love Futurama, I just don't get the chance to watch it often. (my grandma hates it. >.<)
Bender has got to be my favorite robot ever. Well, next to Gir and B.E.N., anyway.
-
Not a fan of Futurama, I've only seen it once, and I must say I didn't find their humor...humorous.
-
Never seen it but that is weird
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
You can like it. But it reminded me of "The Simpsons..." and I don't like them at all. :P
...
Okay... I have an add for pictures of frogs... and at the same time adds for seafood, which somehow combined to be very unpleasant.
-
Futurama and The Simpsons were both created by Matt Groening.
If you hated one, you won't like the other.
-
Darnit, ya' beat me to it. XP
I actually prefer Futurama over The Simpsons. Kinda sucked that they didn't have any stuff for that at Universal, though. :< Hey, at least I got a Squishee!
-
That is just stupid end of story
I don't like the simpsons at all
-
We're allowed our opinions, others are allowed theirs. No ned to be bitter, Gryph.
-
Yes Dragyn i know but i hate the simpsonsX-(
-
Like he said, we all have our own oppinions. I hate Spongebob, but I don't make a huge deal out of it. What I've learned over the past 5 years on the internet, is that you can dislike something, and be civil about it at the same time.
-
You learned that on the internet?
What wierd part of the internet are you from, anyway?!
-
I think I mentioned this..but I've been re-doing a lot of old drawings, lately..most of them involve Zim being slightly out-of-character or in some obsurd crossover. Before I post any of 'em..I just wanted to let you know, it could be a lot worse.

Lawls. Actually..I was just thinking about old chats, and remembered about this one. XD Ah, good times....

Mad science is about asking questions, the answers to which the world will regret knowing.
What is that?

It is Zim.
Dressed as Strawberry Shortcake.
I don't know why.

*Laugh!!!* :D
Nice. And I thought that the Straberry Shortcake girl was scary enough, as is... ... ... XD

Hah!
That... is evil, and hilarious.
Though I'd expect that a lot of people would be willing to take the roller coaster ride if they were doomed to wander a sidewalk of balloons for life... XD
Where, exactly, did you find that?

That is the best roller coaster game video I have ever seen.
-
This is Shamus Young's Famous Roller Coaster Bowling video.
The sound track is Older, by They Might be Giants. My new favorite song.
"This day will soon be over, and now it's even sooner.
And. Now. It's. Sooner. Still..."
Nice!

Most likely reason I don't own a DS:
I'd probably do that.
-
*Laugh!!!* XD
That... looks ridiculous.
I guess they stabbed a broken one.
Personally I think it would've been more fun to take it apart. But I guess this works. XD
Either that or they have minor anger issues... O.o
-
minor anger issues? more like major
-
Nah!
Breaking things is fun!
-
Especially those AOL CDs you get free in the mail.
Oh, we came up with such ways to destroy those things! We frisbee'd them across the road, burned 'em, threw 'em into the creek(hey..it was riddled with trash, anyway)....such fun.
That being said...have some Sloganizer:
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
There are many methods for destroying objects, and a good deal of them are fun... XD
Explosions are included in this. =D
Oh... that totally gives me an idea...
(*Snrk!* That must sound pretty bad. XD I think I'll mention it another time. I'm trying to hurry, now. :P )
-
Sloganizer is made of awesome. (http://www.sloganizer.net)
I tend to like typing the names of my characters, but my favorite thing to do with it is use words like "cheese", "squirrels", and "fire". x3
-
Heh. XD
So you made that? Nice. ;D
-
Made what? The slogan? It's randomly generated..that was just one of the funnier phrases it gave me. ^^;
Hm....these things aren't called "wolf" spiders for nothing, obviously:
-
Heh. :D
I love wolf spiders... ;D
Used to play with 'em a lot. They're pretty cool.
People thought I was weird when I picked 'em up, though... :P
...
Still do, actually... XD
Hey, so you get those down in Texas, too?
That's neat. ;D
-
I love any kind of spider...except the fast-moving kind. I tend to not like the fast-moving kind...I guess 'cause I've had so many fast-moving things get under my foot. >.<
Yeah, they are abundant, here. I think we have every spider known to mankind. D: Okay..maybe not..but it sure seems like it. xD

PETA wants to "rebrand" fish as "sea kittens", portraying them as sweet cuddly creatures that no sane person would harm. This is likely to backfire, when what few children they manage to brainwash with this nonsense actually see a fish, and realize that two and two is four.
As a person who doesn't like fish, but would eat kittens if there was a worthwhile amount of meat on them, I just see fish in fursuits. Thanks PETA. I didn't really need that in my head.
More Disturbing Imagery (http://www.peta.org.uk/sea_Kittens/free_stuff.asp)

I think there's something wrong with PETA...
-
"I don't think; I know."
-
I'm.....at a loss for words, here....
Which is probably a good thing, to avoid rant and debate..D:
-
So does that mean Tuna goes from being the Chicken of the sea to the Housecat of the sea. I'm begining to see the benifit. I have a couple of fat cats with some meat on thier bones. Thanks PETA
-
Even if you don't believe that it's right for people to go about eating poor innocent fish, you can't possibly tell me that this is right.
This is at least three kinds of wrong.
Where's the public outcry? This is at least as bad as Joe Camel.
Starkist: Puma of the Sea

*Laugh!!!* XD
Oh my...
That...
Is terribly mixed up... :P
Yeah. Those kids are going to swimming or something and start screaming when they surrounded by scaley, slimey, non-cuddly "monsters" in the water.
I mean, they're not bad. I like seeing them once in a while. I don't eat them on account of the flavor...
But, all the same, I know people who are afraid of fish in the water, now, and they already know what they are. Those kids are going to be looking for little kitten-like creatures, and they're not going to find any. :P
-
Sorry, double-posting... XP
Well, this is pretty random... :P
This is what we found in the shown box of fishtsticks... ;D

Yum!

Wow. When they say "crunchy", they mean it!
-
*Laugh!!!* :D
Indeed they do. They even tried to disguise it with some breading... XD
-
I've nothing to add to this. :P
-
That...is totally something I would do.
This made me giggle, a bit. :3
-
The look on the dreadlocked guy's face is the best part.
It's just sunk in that this is really happening, and he doesn't know whether to laugh or get really mad.

It's the thought that counts.

That image reminds me of a lot of video game and anime characters that I've seen.
I'm looking at you Devil May Cry and Grenadier.

*Laugh!!!* :D
People's responses to these things are great. XD

O.o
Dang. XD
I don't think I've ever encountered something that big besides a mountain. XD
-
That's logical, as this is a device for moving mountains.
It is somewhat weightier than a mustard seed.
What would you have to do, to get those thousands of tons of metal across the road, without totally destroying it?
Also, I hope those guys pulled over brought something to read. The top speed is recorded at 1/3 MPH.
-
Yeah, I saw that, too. XD
You can take a few pictures, but that's only interesting for so long. :P
It'd be interesting to try to explain that to yoor boss, though... ;D
-
Why am I late?
Well, there was this giant earth mover, crossing the highway and...
-
Someone should follow the thing around and sell T-Shirts.
-
"Went to see the Krup Earth Mover, and all I got was this stupid T-shirt"?
Forget T-Shirts. Little plastic earth movers, are the thing.
Sadly, such impulse buy souvenirs are always made of cheap plastic, and break easily. Hardly a good reminder of the power and majesty of this giant machine.
-
*Laugh!!!* XD
That would be hilarous.
...
Plastic isn't so bad. If it gets broken, or you don't want it anymore, it makes pretty, dripping fire...
(Okay, when I was a bit odd when I was a kid... but are you going to tell me you didn't do anything similar? XP )
